I understand that SOS WAX operates in the beauty industry where client volume determines our hours.
I understand that peak client demand includes evenings and weekends.
I understand that being available during high-demand times is essential for client service.
I understand that arriving 15 minutes before my shift is required for proper preparation.

Professional Standards

I understand I must maintain professional client interactions and follow all company policies at all times.

Team Responsibilities

I understand I must complete daily cleaning checklists, maintain equipment properly, and always sanitize work areas.
I understand I must learn all SOS WAX products and services thoroughly and provide informed recommendations to clients.
I understand that the Location Manager of my primary location will be my direct supervisor.
I understand I must regularly check my soswaxlv.com email and participate in the Team SOS WAX Facebook group.

Contractual Obligations

I understand I must sign the Client Non-Solicit Contract on my first training day.
I understand there is a 90-day probation period where my performance and cultural fit will be evaluated.
